In February I’ll go back to school
No more than a month ago I said to myself: “Damn, next summer you’re 28. Time to go back to school
“. And so I did. Last week I’ve registered myself for two courses at the adult education center in Bochum. My motivation for this step was, that I want to improve my language skills, both in english and spanish. I speak a little spanish, so I’ve choosen one of those intensive courses which requires a bit more engangement. Together with my good friend Patric, I have to visit this course every Tuesday.
The second course I’ve choosen is called “News and Views”:
This course is especially designed to give participants the possibility of discussing a variety of news they are interested in, exchanging views, presenting special features and above all voicing their own opinion. On top of this, participants, who should have a good command of the English language, have the chance of bringing in and presenting their own material, be it articles or news coverage. Additional news coverage taken from CNN, BBC World and BFBS should serve as an extra incentive (level C1 on the European scale).
If I push myself through these courses, I’ll try Polish next semester.

Comment by Kryz:Speaking of learning English - shouldn’t “I have to visit this course every Tuesday” rather be “I have to attend this course every Tuesday”? Please ask your lecturer about this for me, will you?
Why do you want to change the language of this blog - is it only to improve your language skill, or is there some other reason involved? Maybe enabling more people to understand your daily ramblings?
I keep wondering if I (on my own blog) should post chosen articles both in English and in German… Wouldn’t that confuse Google’s view of my website…? Hm…

Comment by Kryz:BTW, maybe you should rename your category “Privates” to something like “Private Parts” or some such. Else people might expect pictures of (nude) soldiers.
